KERAFED Coconut Complex Naduvannur, also known as KCCN, is the second-largest factory of KERAFED located in Kozhikode District on 15 acres of land. We are the only suppliers of coconut oil in northern Kerala and outside Kerala, especially in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. We are currently equipped with a single crushing unit with a capacity of 45 MT of copra crushing per day, and we have achieved almost 90% of our production capacity in the previous financial year. Electric power for the operation of the plant comes from our 11KV substation with a dedicated feeder from the 110KV KSEB substation in Quilandy.
We are using expellers for the extraction of oils, and they are filtered twice to ensure the quality of retaining the original aroma and flavour of coconut oil. Along with the production of coconut oil, we also produce herbal hair oil called Keragem Kesamrith, which is a unique blend of herbs that helps reduce hair fall.
