Kerafed Oil Complex Karunagapally, abbreviated as KOCK is the main & biggest factory of Kerafed located on 22 acres of land. We supply coconut oil to almost every district in Kerala, as well as areas outside of the state. We have an installed capacity of 250 MT per day for copra crushing with two crushing units, one with a capacity of 200 MT/day and the other with 50MT/day. We are having 11KV Substation with dedicated feeder from 66KV Substation Karunagappally, it consists of 2000KVA Transformer, HT Panels, APFC Panels, MV Panel, Motor Control units and 2 number 500KVA DG sets for stand by power supply. We are also having 2 wood fired fire tube boilers with 3TPD capacity for generating steam. Water for production and allied factory use is taken from our own bore well which is within the premises. We are using expellers for oil extraction, and a unique filtering process is engaged by KERAFED to retain the original aroma and flavour of coconut oil for a long period of time. In KOCK, along with the most favoured Kera coconut oil, we also produce Kera Coconut Milk Powder & Kera Desiccated Coconut.
